As vice president of Learning and Organizational Development, Soledad Guercioni leads a program that encourages employees’ professional growth and career mobility within the organization while equipping young professionals with the tools they need to build their research and consulting skills.
Soledad brings to this role her extensive experience managing some of BSG’s top clients including Hertz, Panera, Sonic Drive-In, Southwest Airlines, and Toyota, where she demonstrated an ability to think creatively in leveraging market research solutions to address complex business challenges, and a passion for weaving data into stories. Soledad was an integral part of the team that helped Toyota repair its image after a series of recalls announced in 2009-2010 threatened the company’s reputation and standing.
In addition, Soledad has expertise in multicultural audiences, in particular US Hispanics and Latin American consumers. Prior to joining Benenson Strategy Group, Soledad worked in Venezuela where she led a wide variety of qualitative studies throughout Latin America.
Soledad graduated from Universidad Catolica Andres Bello in Caracas with a BA in Communications, and earned her Master’s degree in Marketing Research from Baruch College in New York City.
