As a senior analyst at Benenson Strategy Group and Breakthrough Campaigns, Caroline is passionate about helping clients turn data into action. She has worked on developing ballot language to expand voting rights in several states, understanding mindsets to help protect LGBTQ+ youth with the Movement Advancement Project, and developing messaging strategies for several Congressional campaigns - including Rep. Josh Harder in the contentious CA-10 district.
Prior to joining BSG, Caroline worked as a Teach for America Corps Member in Kansas City, MO. Along with her work as an English Language Learner classroom teacher, she worked extensively to use student data to help reorganize inequitable school systems.
Caroline received her B.A. in International Studies with a concentration in International Security, Norms and Cooperation, from the University of Michigan (Go Blue!). She also holds a Masters level certificate from the University of Missouri, St. Louis in Elementary and Special Education. When out of the office you can find her riding horses, baking Babka, or racking up her frequent flyer miles (pandemics permitting).
