Natalie Lupiani


Natalie Lupiani, a vice president at BSG, is an opinion researcher and strategic consultant with over a decade of experience in using innovative and methodologically rigorous research to drive campaign, branding, positioning, innovation and messaging/communications strategies for her clients. She is especially passionate about driving strategic decisions related to reputation, corporate culture, and employee experience.


Natalie has consulted for numerous Fortune 500 companies, such as Pfizer, Church & Dwight, Toyota, Northwestern Mutual, Sonic Drive-In, Sprint, AT&T, Viacom, VMLY&R and more. She has also worked for numerous non-profit organizations and issue advocacy groups. She has deep expertise in leveraging insights to help create winning strategies for her clients, whether political or corporate, and has conducted quantitative and qualitative studies across the United States and internationally.


Natalie is a veteran of the United States Air Force, and jumps at the opportunity to provide benefit to her brothers and sisters in arms - whether it is through her work at BSG, or her volunteer work with TAPS and other nonprofits. Outside of work, she reaps the rewards of motherhood, living in NJ with her son and their dog, Zeus, who will most certainly introduce himself on a client call.
