Viva de Vicq
RESEARCH MANAGER

Viva de Vicq is a manager in BSG’s Los Angeles office where her work has helped elect Democrats in toss-up races, pass ballot initiatives that have a meaningful impact on people’s lives and improve education outcomes for the next generation.
At BSG, Viva has worked on campaigns at every level from local school board, to congressional to statewide races. In 2024, Viva led extensive polling for Rep. Adam Schiff’s California senate campaign. In past election cycles, she drove the research and strategic analysis that informed messaging and turnout efforts in key Senate and House races in California, Pennsylvania, Kansas, Minnesota, Montana, Utah, and Oregon.
Viva has also worked on winning ballot initiative campaigns, which have expanded Medicaid, raised the minimum wage, cracked down on payday lenders, and protected abortion rights, to bring progressive change to purple and red states across the country.
Viva has extensive coalition experience, having written state narratives in New Hampshire, New Mexico, Colorado and Wyoming to develop winning messaging strategies on behalf of progressive organizations across these states.
Originally from New York, Viva graduated cum laude from the University of Southern California with a bachelor's degree in political science.
