Kate Norton

SENIOR ANALYST

Kate is a senior analyst in the New York office. Originally from Syracuse, New York, she is happy to be back in her home state. Kate graduated with master's degree in the social sciences from the University of Chicago, where she conducted original research and developed her knack for in-depth interviewing and qualitative coding.

Kate's expertise in ethnography, interviewing, and qualitative analysis is complemented by her training in statistical research methods, also done at UChicago. Prior to joining BSG, she honed her messaging skills through her experience at BackBay Communications, a financial services public relations firm.

Kate earned a bachelor's degree in French and sociology from Colgate University and spent two years teaching English in the southwest of France. Today, she brings her diverse background and analytical skills to every project she undertakes, helping clients gain valuable insights into their target audiences.
